Administrative Offices -We visited this on the FIRST day of the quest, 8/5/11, in between visiting Issaquah #1) and Bellevue (#2). The kids resisted visiting at first and were rolling their eyes and expressing their utter humiliation but, Jan at the front desk was very, very sweet and nice to us and the art in the building was amazing to look at, so they lightened up quickly!
